All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We offer standard shipping Australia-wide.

Free standard shipping on all orders over $50.

Returns &Exchanges

We want you to love your pieces from Molly and Rose. If something isn’t quite right we are happy to help.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

• Unworn and in original condition

• In its original packaging with tag attached

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for change of mind returns.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange your item for a different style or size. Please contact us

within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery

with a photo of the issue. We will offer a full refund or replacement at no cost to you

— including return postage.
